1. Acceptance of Terms

baji3 reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any player at any time. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access baji3's full range of betting and casino services, you are required to create a single registered account. You may hold only one active account per individual. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated accounts without prior notice.

Account Information Accuracy

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your baji3 account. This includes your full name, date of birth, valid contact number, and a verifiable email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date at all times.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

baji3 is not responsible for any delays caused by payment processors, bank processing times, or technical disruptions outside of our control. Any transaction fees imposed by third-party payment providers are the sole responsibility of the account holder.

General bonus conditions that apply across all baji3 promotions include:

• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• baji3 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Abuse of any bonus or promotional offer — including but not limited to bonus hunting, hedging, or collusion — will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and possible account suspension.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or public display of any such content without prior written consent from baji3 is strictly prohibited.

The baji3 brand, logo, and associated trademarks are the registered property of baji3. No license or right is granted to any user to use these marks in any manner. Any infringement of our intellectual property rights will be pursued to the full extent of the law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, baji3 shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer or software damage, or any other commercial damages or losses.
